Key responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong working relationships within the customers business to ensure all targets are met
-Develop/achieve agreed budget, revenue and profit
-Review and Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to meet contractual terms and expectations
-Develop effective plans for business and development of customer account
-Create a culture of continuous improvement
-Create and maintain a positive working environment
-Change management leadership, coaching and developing employees
-To ensure adherence of the company´s tools; methodologies, governance and standards for the purposes of implementation
-Responsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment
-Team building and succession planning
-Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
-Ensure effective communication mechanisms exist within team and with all stakeholders
-Review effectiveness of planning, operational, and IT teams to ensure that quality of service delivery is maintained; continuous improvement is clearly demonstrable and cost-down targets are achieved
-Ensure the customer’s diverse business units are managed and serviced in terms of their logistics requirements
